Full Moon Cruise on a Tuesday with Lone Star tallboys. I have a goddamn slow leak in my brand new Gatorskins and i'm antsy to investigate, because that is some bullshit. Made it home safely in bed by 4:00 or so and have been moving slow all day today. It was a fun ride with an awesomely fast stretch going north on Shoal Creek for a few miles. Welcome summer.

Boiln' crawfish all day on a Saturday, or at least watching a guy boil it, then I ate like 903 crawfish and drank like 10349 beers. This is the first heavy-drinking day on which I did not bring a marker, so i'll make a conservative estimate of 15 for the day and night, knowing that I probably had more in the 20-25 range. Kegs galore - primarly Lone Star, some Live Oak Primus, some Lite, and some more assorted beers later in the evening. Ate crawfish, rode a charter bus, walked around the entire east side and slept hard.

13 more Lone Stars and PBRs last night on a damp Thursday night ride ending at Creekside. Eating crawfish and drinking beer all day tomorrow, so there should be another update soon, dear reader.

44/2200 was yesterday and I spent some time at Trailer Space watching some sweet bands and drinking beer in the parking lot and speculating about the rotating stock of the Ideal Soul Mart and having a slice of pizza before returning east to get some porch time and more beer time and smoking a double-decker. 14 was the count with a classy mixture of Lone Star, PBR and High Life.

9 Wednesday night (Fireman's 4, Shiner Bock, PBR mix) during and after a shitty night of trivia (Waterloo Ice House swindled everyone at our table) and 10 Thursday night (PBR and Lone Star) at the non-rainy social ride. Probably some more tonight, though i'm already a bit sleepy. This weekend and next are looking pretty good overall for adding to the count. Thank you and good afternoon.

Thank you Jackalope for $1 Lone Star this week! Solo trip to Jackalope last night, watched a movie about a bad-ass midget secret agent with a magic hat that slice throats, met a guy who is biking around the US for 2 years, and ended up at a friend's new house around the corner and still got to bed at a decent hour. 13 beers, not bad for a Tuesday and forecast is looking good for more tonight.

Well, I must say there is beer action to report. Thursday night began with 11 Lone Stars and ended with a bunch of well vodka and soda with limes and 2 pizza stops on the way home. Not bad. Friday placed 7 beers into my hands and they gave me a good night of sleep. Saturday was batting back in the big leagues beginning with Lockhart brisket and later making way for 15 beers (pat on back).

Monday night watching the final college basketball game of the season ended up being very exciting, even in my team's absence. So exciting, in fact, that I managed to drink about 13 of my favorite little devils. Lone Star are you listening? I drank 12 of you! I apologize for getting off to a bad start with a Mighty Arrow, but I finished strong with you, old buddy. Remember when I had that gigantic sticker of you on my dorm door? See? I've been there for you, don't be mad. OK, good, i'm happy to see that you understand.

Dang, I missed my 666th beer, but it happened last night nonetheless. Yesterday started early at Flying Saucer with a Brooklyn Lager and a Steam Engine lager, then a Pine Belt Pale in a tallboy(!), then almost a six pack of Deschutes Red Chair NWPA which were washed down with a handful of Bud Light cans, then a Budweiser, and finished off with PBR tallboys, and followed with a hard sleep.

16 miscellaneous beers over the past 2 weeks that didn't make it into the count...Lone Star and Shiner Bock (for the first time in years), as well as a few 'ritas and a Mexican martini that didn't make the beer count. So I suppose my official Quarterly Count stands at 651.
